Yes, correct a release form is probably recommended, but nobody does that. If you say I don't want to be on camera before or after the fact then you'll see the person pixelated out, so there was an exchange indicating consent was not given.

I've been interviewed by local news and no release form was involved. When they ask "can I interview you Newworldafro" and I agree that is the consent, no different than Hawk Tuah girl.

A street interview is implied consent, in place of a release form, if you see a camera in your face and you agree to it.

If she sues she is going to loose. But If for some reason she wins, they'll take that biitch to the Supreme Court to win that case.

But you can also either say no to the interview, or you can say I’ll do the interview but you can’t show my face or use my name. People assume these YouTube cats don’t have protection because they just go out here with phones filming shyt. News organizations have lawyers and stuff to fight these type of things.
