well it started with other black groups way before the Nation-- those groups spit knowledge based on moorise science, masons and ancient egypt... the black ones of course had special feelings towards whites.

Even some native american tribes called the white man the devil... there are entire speeches on it.

Even Chinese people, back in the day, referred to whites as the devil after they made contact.

Anyway, it got into rap through Clarance x and the 5%, spin off of the nation. NY created and raised Hip hop - and the average young black dude on the scene either was down w the nation of godsn earths -- or was affiliated w them. The white Devil lingo (the way the 5%) meant it isn't even about what u think it's about... there are white 5percenters.

When you have Wu tang, Naz jay z public enemy - even groups like tribe called quest randomly using the lingo... of course there will be some that will use the White Devil talk. Even Erykah Badu was subliminal with it back then.
It's all understandable if you look at the history of the nation and the world. Devilishness = expert manipulation. There were wars, slavery, corruption etc before the Eurocrakker decided to turn on the world.... but for the most part people traded with one another and didn't try to turn other humans into Mules mentally and physically..
