She just turned out to be extremely light but if you were to call her white, she would lose it on you. She doesn't have a White name, she doesn't have a White voice, she doesn't even have the advantages of the average White person. She's a light-skinned black woman who is very proud of her heritage and nobody has the right to take that away from her just because she may look a little different from you.
