Mmmhmmm they seem to not be fukking around with MS on this one. There also gonna have to deal with the EU and UK commissions as well.
If that’s the problem then all they have to concede is that Activision games will be multiplatform. Which they’ve already said is their intent.

Just gotta put it in writing in a way to appease them.

 Tell them judges that

No but this is why I am saying it won't hold wants lawyers get involved. I mean everybody and their mom know Microsoft wasn't going to keep COD off Sony... Who wants to lose money. Sony concern is gamepass

That's bullshyt and will lose in court because those are new titles they weren't released and shyt not released now. Business change you can't go by assumption of game years away because titles get canceled etc..

FTC just making noise and they are bringing up Gamepass n another load of crap which won't hold once arguments in the court start. This also starts a precedent in the gaming industry as well because once Sony or Microsoft want to buy a small developer or publisher it will get blocked
Nope, 69 billion isn't a small developer purchase. The reason this is even on the radar is due to the size of the purchase.

So, this sounds like MS was caught telling lies wrt ZeniMax, and it came back to hurt them with this acquisition.

Microsoft is preparing for the lawsuit for Apple and Google to finish which will allow other storefront in these mobile devices besides an App Store and Play Store. Microsoft is already creating their storefront and the purchase Activation is a part of that.. COD is a victim of this craziness

No.

The issue is the large scale of the purchase, storefront or not.

This is actually a good comparison.

Windows Phone isn't doing near as good as they want, so instead of attempting to improve/innovate they buy up samsung instead.

That's the shyt that'll have FTC or whatever on your ass.
