What happened?

I paid for my tickets on the app..got a text from my bank confirming I made that purchase, but then when I went to back to Ticketmaster it said they had an error & I couldn’t get the tickets.

Called my bank to see if they money was actually taken out but it wasn’t, so then I tried to get tickets to the Islanders game & the same thing happened.
