Not even close. Most folks who attended was from SC/in state or somewhere off 95 in N. FL. Like I mentioned earlier, it was an element that wasn’t really present at the other events till later

it was before my time but I didn't even know wtf OC was until I was in Savannah when they tried to bring it back and all the old heads were saying it was better but Savannah nikkas hate ATL with a passion, them nikkas will tell you Camouflage was better than Andre 3k even though they killed their only star.
