I had a coworker drive to Mexico 2 weeks ago, can't remember the state, but he drove in through Arizona so I'm assuming Sonora.
I went to Cancun last April and there were mad armed military at the resort and in the city. Even took day trips to Chichen Itza and Tulum. I didn't feel unsafe, that being said you gotta pay attention to the travel advisories. They will bring it to the resorts. There wouldn't be armed guards there if they didn't. It wasn't like 1 or 2 either. It was 1 or 2 dozen if I recall correctly.
A couple folk have said, third world crime is a whole different level of crime. They won't just shoot you like in the states, they may fukk around rape you, cut your tongue out, then put a bullet in the back of your head or slice your throat.
RIP to the deceased here. People should travel, but pay attention to where you're going and just know Americans are targets in a lot of places. Doesn't matter if you're not white, they generally don't distinguish racially, if anything they might merk us faster because there's a perception beforehand.

Breh why is this not adding up for y'all? It's pretty simple. Y'all are lacking the understanding of both the cartels and how often women travel to fukked up places for cosmetic surgery

There's also the fact that after bbl surgery a woman can't drive. She can't even sit down for weeks. Women that travel to get BBLs either have a friend escorting them or spend time in the country vacationing and recovering
This entire situation adds up. It's unfortunate that two people died but it's a wonder all 4 of them didn't die for walking right into this outrageously stupid situation
If this was drug related the FBI aka Federal Bureau of Investigation would have called it that and they also would not have offered a 50k reward..
