that boy cant sell a fight to save his lifecanelo got next
In boxing, you earn your dues. You're not 3 fights in going against the top dog. That MMA shyt is whack. Kickboxing is okay but hugging nikkas across the ground!?!?! Keep it.
that boy cant sell a fight to save his life
only broner or wilder can be next up
but dude kind of did earn his "dues" ... with a 396-1 amateur record....plusTo be fair, Boxer Vasyl Lomachenko fought for the WBO Featherweight Championship in his 2nd professional fight and won it in his 3rd professional fight....coming into the bout with a 1-1 career record.
He won the silver medal at the 2007 World Amateur Boxing Championships, gold medals at the 2009 World Amateur Boxing Championships[2] and 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships, as well as the gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the featherweight division and 2012 London Olympics in the lightweightdivision.
he cant sell a fightyou are a fool
he has a whole nation behind him
nobody cares about broner and the hw's are a joke
I watch both, there have been wack match ups/boring fights in both sports...as well as action fights.MMA has more action than boxing flat out...Boxing was at its peak when the heavyweights were running things...People don't care about klitchko and Wilder isn't getting the hype...
I get that you earn your rep but real spit people only care about marquee matchups.
The Wilder-Stiverne fight brought in a reported average of 1.24 million viewers with a peak of 1.34 million viewers, making it the second best Showtime audience since the Cotto-Trout fight three years ago. What’s particularly impressive about Wilder’s ratings is he did it against a heavyweight who isn’t that well-known in the United States, and who likely didn’t bring much to the table in terms of fans.
Wilder kind of did it on his own in attracting the fans, and that’s pretty impressive. One can only imagine the ratings that Wilder will get when he starts facing guys like Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury.
Deontay Wilder’s WBC heavyweight title-winning unanimous decision over Bermane Stiverne on Saturday generated a record viewership for Showtime Championship Boxing, the network announced on Wednesday.
Not only did Wilder’s victory make him America’s first heavyweight titleholder since Shannon Briggs in 2007, but the main event of the three-fight card captured an average audience of 1.24 million viewers, which ranks as the network’s fourth-highest rated fight ever.
Co-promoted by Golden Boy and Don King, Wilder-Stiverne attracted a peak audience of 1.34 million viewers, which ranks as the highest fight on any premium network over the past year, according to the Showtime release.
he cant sell a fight
broner is entertaning
mike tyson beat up on trash heavyweights for years we aint care we just wanted to see that knockout
hw is only trash cause u got klitchsko holding onto the belt and wanna fight in germany
wilder can save the heavyweight division
I watch both, there have been wack match ups/boring fights in both sports...as well as action fights.
as for wilder...
And that was on showtime, not free on fox....
and he has a pretty good following on twitter and facebook for someone thats not getting any "hype"
all in all quit speaking on shyt you know nothing about fukkBOI.
You kind of SKIPPED the De La Hoya factor here....1.Jack Johnson > Jack Dempsey > Joe Louis> Marciano> Ali> Tyson> Mayweather >..............
Someones always there to fill the void.
2. Boxing is linked with american (and mexican, british,) culture, it will never die.
3. Boxing has no competition. UFC had a buzz when it started but now? Steroid scandals, champions getting injured yearly, not drawing that much etc It won't die but it will be a distant second for a long time.
