Julius Malema is NOT a Pan Africanist, he knows he will never appeal to the majority of black South Africans so he started virtue signaling to the African foreign nationals, so he can springboard himself to become the president of the African Union. It's a political move.
It's like Clinton Democrat spewing right wing rhetoric because they realize that's what middle America indetifies with now and their constituents are leaning right-wing. It's just political opportunisim.
There's no political party in SA that actually represents black revolutionary ideology, it's just puppets and opportunists in various disguises, some are in cahoots with the whites/globalists, others are down with the right wing conservative Boers, others are tapping into tribalism, others are virtues signaling to greater Africa... But it's all political games. No real revolution.
Britain, France, German, USA, Russia, China never "voted" for power, they didn't vote their way into being players on the global stage. Power doesn't work like that
