Nearly ever country suffers with corruption has and continues to....when it comes to corruption three things are important is it speed access or theft.
Speed and Access basically comes down to bribery for special considerations....these are considered good - Theft is most often Bad or unproductive
It is currently a hotly debate phenomena in Economic circles whether corruption"grease the wheel" or "sand the wheel" of a countries economic and technological progress.

Yes......that is the corruption that must be talked about worried over and acted on - later for the guptas and their corrupt ilk of corporate and political insiders.
Of Course The ANC bears a large part of that fault....so does the Mass Media for not keeping the issue in the fore front as a Mandate for the ANC to accomplish.
