Finally watched the fight. I had it as a draw 114-114, with Canelo winning the last round to tie it up. It was a great fight, and it's most likely fight of the year. I'd be upset if I was GGG too, but like I said yesterday, If you don't run away with the fight, don't expect to get your hand raised at the end of the fight if you're the away fighter. Canelo had home field advantage and that's why he won. GGG v Canelo 3 will be flames

regardless of who u think won the fight, triple g was exposed as a one dimensional fighter. he couldnt walk canelo down which is embarassing in itself, but he also had no back up plan other den to throw jabs in the middle of the ring.

you cant expect refs to judge jabs the same way they judged thunderous body shots and combination punching.

i will give him credit for his defense because it is underrated, but canelo made adjustments and he didnt.

It took him to get to be 36 yrs old to finally be exposed..that's pretty good...I've never seen Canelo cut like that too.

It doesn't matter how many times they fight. The fights will always go down to the wire and the shookboys will always be crying robbery.


But the reason these fights are never super clear victories is squarely on little g. In BOTH fights he was the one who was afraid to engage. #canelocartel told yall this but you wanted to pretend canelo's "running" was the reason....nope. little g was just shook to get hurt by canelo's counter punching. Yea canelo was moving backwards but he would also go to the ropes and dare little g to do something....and he refused. Yall blamed it on the running but what now?......canelo came right at his head and little g was still shook to engage canelo in a true "Mexican" style brawl. And that's why these fights will always be hard to judge. It doesn't matter how many times they fight, little g will always stay in his shell afraid to come out. Canelo is simply too good for him.


That left hook in the 2nd round completely changed the course of the fight. Iittle g started to open up and trade and canelo busted up his whole face immediately. So little g went back into his shell defense and started peppering that jab instead of going to war like he promised. Little g knows if he truly opens up against canelo he's getting knocked the fukk out. That's why he stays hunched over throwing arm punches instead of truly taking big risks. He'd rather go to another close decision instead of getting slept in front of the world. Just look at his face.....that's what happened to little g playing it safe. If he truly fought canelo like he fought the rest of the bums on his resume, he would get beaten to a bloody pulp. He knows it. Abel knows it. The shookboys know it. This fight was close because little g didnt fight the way he promised. Canelo did exactly what he asked and little g couldn't live up to his word. Little g realized very early that if he tried to brawl with canelo he was going to sleep. So fukk him. Canelo proved he's an all around superior fighter and that's all that matters. Little g will never have any answer for canelo's skillset because he's simply not good enough. It's time to move on for canelo. No more paydays for these clowns. :CaneloRejoice:

Again, dumb argument that has nothing to do with anything. I've been a boxing fan for years. Are you disputing that it was a close fight? I don't think even Canelo would agree with you on that one.
