He's only gone 12 rounds against opponents who have considerable talent (Danny and Nelo)...

That's not a coincidence and has nothing to do with age...

90% of the mas resume is cans and journeymen, he was expected to crush them and he did...that is not an exaggeration...

That has a lot to do with age. It's both. The same exact thing happened to Kovalev. Dominated the comp his entire run but got older AS the comp was getting better. Jacobs is the only guy who was there when GGG was still in his prime and isn't a new comer. The rest are relatively new to the weight class.

Boxing media clearly wanted canelo to lose and they never hid their bias in favor of GGG before the fight. Due to the controversy with the first fight and the whole clenbuterol scandal, youknow these guys were gonna give GGG the benfit of the doubt and give him every close round.This wasn't a robbery, not even close.

Also the boxing media have been hyping GGG up for years

GGG and co said they would take the decision out of the judges hands this time because they knew this would happen again, and they didn't. So far Canelo/Golden boy had gotten 2 judges suspended (Cj Ross and Adelaide byrd). Do you know a good way to cheat the public? Disguise a close decision for your guy because your guy is going forward instead of backward, thereby playing the public and hoodwinking them into believing your guy won. Everyone is dissing Harold Lederman, and yes he is definitely old as fukk with these fukked up cards he gives HBO nowadays, but his card wasn't that far off from what really happened. There is no way in hell Canelo won more than 1 of the last 5 or 6 rounds. I had GGG winning rounds 7-12 myself.

Anyways it was a good fight, but GGG beat Canelo twice and has nothing to show for it. if I'm goldenboy I try to get a rubber match with GGG. Huge money and very little risk. Afterwards I call out Errol Spence. I forget who said it last night during the fight, but someone said that neither fighter will be the same after last nights fight. I agree. Any of the top 160 beats Canelo/knocks him out. He's at the end of his rope.

Nelo gassed as we expected him to but he had at least 6 rounds in the bank when he did this time...

I had it 6-3 going into the 10th round...

Gave G 10 and 11 but scored the 12th for Canelo which Abel 100% agrees with me on...

I see a lot of people scoring round 12 for ggg

but besides the first 20 secs of thatround ggg stopped fighting and got out worked

he gave away that last round by not fighting like he needed a knock out

I think Jacobs and Charlo would do better against Canelo. GGG can’t counterpunch to save his life. A slick mofo like Canelo would see that shyt coming all day which he did. Its hard to knock somebody out when the see and can anticipate all your punches. Charlo has the boxing skills to hit Canelo with some shyt he dnt see coming. GGG just jabbed to jabbed.(somebody said that idk who did.) and didn’t jab to set up something.

Basically he was using the jab with an amateurs/Olympics mentality which is a points systems...

The pro game is completely different, its more focused on control and quality...In the pro game the jab is used to control your opponent (ring generalship) and setup your power punches...G never once stopped Nelo in his tracks with that jab or followed it up with a counter right the way Lennox and Holmes would...He just peppered it for compubox like an amateur does...

I blame HBO and Jim Lampley for a lot of the problems with fans scoring fights in the sport today...They started putting a stronger emphasis on compubox back with Packeyow and JMM...Pakceyow was the HBO cash cow and could never convincingly beat JMM...Now we have a bunch of casuals who score fights based on compubox instead of using the 4 pillars of scoring bouts...

even if you wanted to say body punches were doing work... if they did any damage then why the hell did GGG move to infighting for the second half of the fight and pick up his tempo while Canelo was the one winded? crazy power huh

half of the shots he landed in the fights were jabs,

he got beat to the body and head all while being forced to fight off his back foot.
