He's not gonna opt out of 20 mil that nobody will give him. He might look for an extension, but roleplayers don't walk around giving back money. He doesn't have any endorsements and shyt to fall back on.

That's what me and other dude said he'd opt out with both sides agreeing to an extension, perhaps one that's more backloaded and friendlier the first few years...

@HiphopRelated @Captain_Crunch since we don't have our pick next year do y'all still want to tank next year:jbhmm:

The ship has sailed, but I have would love if the team traded most(if not all) of the non-rookie contracts and tanked last year. I just hope Riley doesn't trade any future picks next year, because we'll likely need them in the future.

Haslem shows a little love for McGruder. :ehh:

The fact that we was one of the best defensive teams in the league but got no nods is BS.

Heat prolly the most disrespected good team in the league. First impressions is a bytch

Brehs, I hope Riley gives KJ McDaniels a call. Yeah, we're loaded in the backcourt but he's a 6'4 with a nice wingspan, he's an explosive athlete, and we could probably mold him into a great defender

He'd be great in our transition game too

I wouldn't mind signing him to a 2yr deal for the low. If he develops a shot in that first year, KJ can be J Rich and/or McGruder's replacement after the 17-18 season.

Breh, KJ has that "dog" defensively. He has ridiculous timing and I think he led the lead the league in blocks amongs wings as a rookie.

Dude is ridiculously athletic and has great defensive instincts. We could turn that dude into another young piece. Dudes who play angry are dudes we turn great.

No more 2 guards

Breh, watch his scouting report and tell me this dude wouldn't be perfect for our positionless piece

Hell, he has a much higher upside than Okaro White or Rodney McGruder.

This negus is a Miami Heat player. He has great length, elite athleticism, high ass motor, and good defensive instincts that haven't been tapped into.

KJ has done nothing but disappoint after getting ample opportunity in his last two or three spots.

They said that about Dion and JJ too. I'm not gonna judge a kid who was drafted in the middle of Philly's ugly years, traded to Houston with Dwight and Harden as his leaders, and then Brooklyn:yeshrug:

Dude has that dog and we turn them nikkas into monsters.

Not everyone can be turned into a monster.

Remember Gerald Green?
James Ennis?
Shawn Williams?

James Johnson was buried in Toronto but showed potential.

Dion had a hot 13 games breh. Im not on that bandwagon.

Do you:hubie:

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
@Draje Ellington, Rich, TJ, McGruder, Waiters (assuming), where you finding minutes for this guy? If this cat was 6'6-6'7 I might be intrigued but there's only so many 6'3-6'4 combo guards we can carry. There's a few shooting guards/combo guards on the summer league team im more interested in, particularly for the 2 way roster spots

That 6'10 wingspan and athleticism means he can guard larger 2s and threes.

Dragic/Richardson
Waiters/TJ/Ellington
Winslow/Mcgruder/KJ
JJ/Okaro/McRoberts
Whiteside/Bam

But I do have a weakness for big multi-positional guards. KJ runs the floor like a monster, he's a great oop target, he's dangerous in transition, and I think he could be a bigger McGruder type. Defense first guys with elite athletic ability and instincts are special to me.

Hell, his draft measurement stats measured at the same as Winslow's except he's lighter but much bouncier and more explosive. We got Winslow guarding 3s and 4s.

Who are the SL combo guards that you're interested in though?
