If we can keep at least 1 of the 2 (JJ/Waiters) and get Hayward then I'd be good with that

A better individual player, yes. The question is how much better of a team we are plus 1 and minus those 2.
I don't know the numbers but I think it would be possible to get Hayward and still keep Johnson. Sure Waiters would be gone but if it ends up basically being a case of swapping Hayward for Waiters, I have no doubt we'd be a better team.

think I figured out why the heat might be interested in Aldridge again. his salary is 21 million, signing Blake would probably take 29 million. you might be able to trade for Aldridge, sending back Tyler Johnson and josh mcroberts. then they would possibly be able to also bring back both waiters and james johnson.
