I still think winslow will be the piece that brings this squad to the next level and not on some Kawhi PG superstar level but just pluggin him in with this squad. He will benefit greatly from drag and waiters spacing getting back door cuts and hustle plays. He was pretty good at gettin to the basket when we had less shooters so if he can get at least 10 pts off free throws ill be happy til that shot improves.
He does everything else pretty decent so with spo saying they plan on playin to his strengths instead of treatin him like a special ed project player that might do wonders for his game confidence

We don't have bird rights on JJ and Dion so we can't go over the cap to keep them.
Their contracts have to be done under the cap.

With McGruder TJ, Richardson, Ellington, Reed & hopefully White can improve his game in summer league.
Get rid of Mc
and we are pretty much set. It's just about staying healthy and our young guys continuing to improve there games going forward.
I was happy with the development of our young guys this season they all improve from a year ago
McGruder surprised I think a lot of us with his hustle and never back down play
J-Rich had his up and downs but played his best ball late in the season
Gawdside stop looked just for blocks and became a more all around defender
TJ brought energy and instant offense
Hopefully with how JJ & Waiters talked so much about loving the organization and the culture they should want to stay if they get reasonable offers.
Reed left once before when we had him in summer league and it didn't work out well with him with the Nets so he should want to stay.
The grass isn't always greener on the other side

Im all for hayward too but like others have said this isnt 2K and just pluggin in said player wont guarantee on court chemistry. One thing i appreciate about this season is that all
Of these guys went thru it together and came out closer than i expected and root for each other.
That type of chemistry u cant buy and letting one of these guys go then maxing out some new nikka that might not put in the same work might fukk up the locker room.
