mad cow is carried by a prion, not a bacteria... It's like a dysfunctional protein. Basically there is no cooking that stuff out. You can't even sterilize it off medical equipment (which uses super hot/high pressure for cleaning), you have to throw it away.

I order steak medium well and I enjoy it. I've had it medium before and... Meh.

I don't like it that juicy. Maybe it's because I'm West African? Most W. Africans cook their meat well done and it still tastes awesome. Like Senegalese people won't even ask you your preference for lamb, they just do whatever they do and it still tastes amazing.

If you actually enjoy it well after trying medium and lower(which I seriously doubt) then I understand...but if you're just eating that shyt well cause you're scared you're a fukking p*ssy cause there's mad things out there that are unhealthier than eating a medium and under steak that most of you nikkas do on a reggie

Medium well NY strip. I grew up on that well done tip because I saw my uncle eat a rare steak when I was a kid and it grossed me out. He put the steak in the pan for like 1 minute just to warm it up it seems. Grew out of that though. Nothing like a really good steak with some asparagus.

usually I either make a baked or mashed potatoes with my steak and a green vegetable like spinach, a salad, brocoli or asparagus with it

Yeah I used to eat Asparagus like 3 times a week but my piss was smelling weird as hell lol. Had to cut way back but that shyt is so damn delicious broskie.
