medium is perfect for me. i do a step lower or higher unintentionally and it doesn't bother me but give me a medium with some salt and pepper and I'm floating

Maaaan, last time i went to Longhorn was like 5 yrs ago in Chicago. I had a steak and they cooked it PERFECTLY.
Breh, I was the same way. Then i tried medium well. Loved it. Now, Im on to medium and it isI might get my next steak medium well. I wanna know what yall brehs is talkin about but I gotta ease into it.
You can taste the difference. So much flavor and so tender and juicy.

i was gonna start a thread but knew there was one already
i went to fogo de chao with my friend, we both got a plate full of meat that im enjoying the fukk out of, but that she had to wait for because they dont have any well done with them and that she desperately needs steak sauce for
bytch, its cuz you want your meat cooked with all the fukking juice out
i could never eat a well done steak again
i feel sorry for people that do. that ignorance
honestly, it was cuz of the coli/sohh that i made that switch
