With regards to the 2nd point, I've read that the greatest amount of admixture occurred post slavery through black-mulatto relationships (not through direct mixing with whites per say).

i wouldn't waste my time trying to confirm what's already understood don't believe everything you read...mulattos were always a small fraction of the greater AA population/more than likely even rarer back then than today which means even given inter marriage there wasn't enough of such unions to significantly impact AAs racial makeup as a whole

I've been a blk woman my entire life. It's rare to even hear a blk chick bring up white dudes and when they do it always "ew" or "Gurl stop I've seen white porn! Nah!" or "I just can't get down with the swirl". There is nothing but reluctance and indifference there.

It's a completely different dynamic than when blk men talk about dating out. In which case it's like a damn celebration where they swear blk chicks losing just cause white women got azz now.

You really gotta stop telling this "black women think white men are " lie. The approval rate for black-white relationships for blacks as a whole is 96%. Neither black men or black women oppose dating whites. There's no way that you can take an honest look at black women in western society and say that they aren't checking for white boys. You're discrediting whatever overall point you're trying to make.
