This kinda goes back to the Batman thread of the keeping Batman ina "Hrm serious" lane. Since Nolan Batman is only aimed at people who consider themselves cinafiles that are edgelords and above movies aimed at children. HE HAS TO BE DARK AND GRITTY. So they are hesitant to have him stand next to unrealistic high powered super heroes aimed at kids. So the main Robert Pattinson Batman can't be in a movie with Flash they need another Batman for that, It's sad really.I've read rumors months ago that the Flash movie was going to erase Synder's movies but if true they still don't need to replace Superman with Supergirl and Batman with Batgirl. Just do a soft reboot with Cavill as Superman and recast someone to play Batman in the DCEU.

It would be a win if WB/DC knew what they were doing.
They should be making a Terry McGinnis/Batman Beyond movie with Keaton playing an old Bruce Wayne mentoring Terry. However, they're not doing that. It seems like they're trying to make this new Batgirl into a Terry McGinnis replacement.
For whatever reason, WB/DC is terrified of Terry McGinnis and they don't want to give him his due respect in live-action (or in video games).
