You jave 3 to 4 generations of people have normalized behaviour that is counterproductive for well adjustef people. You underestimate the impact of family dysfunction at the the scale that it is among blacks is something that needs to be addressed under the rug.

The nuclear family did not even exist post slavery and despite that things flourished in Reconstruction era when the government invested in AAs.

Read up on the roman/greek civilizations or euro societies or middle eastern a
Societies or even asian societies. There has always been a code of conduct and always been a family structure of some kind even in the most secular societies. Wealth building is meaningless without passing it to an adjusted progeny.
