But I heard others in this thread say part of the reason Adele sells, is because how old school and throwback her music is, and how old school her marketing is as far as her not over-exposing herself to the public, going into hiding, only taking interviews about her music. Nothing about Adeles style is particularly New School or anymore relevant to our generation than what someone like Jill Scott would speak about on a record....
