I don't see why not. Raul been in charge for a hot minute and things are slowly opening up. So I can only assume things will only get better.

I was walking around in Havana using wi fi on fb along with thousands of other Cubans.

He might've had reason to hold onto the power since the US was trying to overthrow the country for years, but that does not excuse the many executions and imprisonments of Cubans who did nothing wrong. I support the man's ideals all the way but he was not a saint and there's nothing wrong with admitting that.

I never said he was a saint. I did point out in my previous posts that he had his imperfections. However, he saved more people than he executed. That's the price that comes with absolute powers and having to deal with powerful external forces who will use your own people against you. Chairman Mao also killed thousands in China for the country to be where it is today. Sometimes you have to kill a few hundreds to save millions.

At least he didn't go around dropping bombs on people's head and killing millions of people under false premises, like some countries and leaders.
