1/2 of Joe's family is black. He's Puerto Rican. I have Puerto Rican people in my own family. I'm black. This is NYC. We were all raised together. He said he grew up being around Spanish relatives who didn't even speak English. He sees himself as black. That's the story with a lot of people here. It's mad normal.
