Math Hoffa on the live now:

The current caller is saying the same thing I said. Fat Joe was referring to Tariq Nasheeds troll followers when he said "FBA" not "Black Americans." Star was trying to deflect because he knows the caller is correct but he's riding the wave of confusion on purpose for clickbait.

Black New Yorkers seem to be ok with non blacks using the n-word. I don't get it. The same with Californians
It's a cultural thing more than anything. NYC is a huge melting pot. You have so many people of different races, religions, ethnicities, etc living and working together. I'm only going by second hand sources because I haven't been blessed to go to New York City yet, but plenty of people I know who were born and raised there have told me this. Those folks were ADOS, Jamaicans, and other West Indian countries.

All twitter did was segregate the African diaspora even further with this whole FBA shyt while these cacs in the supreme court is going HAM and they just getting warmed up. Them slave ships dropped stolen Africans all over the Continent of America. Instead of being on code for CACs we are all been conditioned to going at each other. shyt is crazy CACs wiped out Millions of Lives and them called them savages :picard:
I hate the divide, but the diaspora was already divided, unfortunately. Twitter just put a spotlight on what was already there. I do feel like it's overblown, but there is some tension between ADOS vs Africans and Caribbeans that needs to be addressed. Not with childish name calling, AI generated images, etc. but some constructive dialog.

We do have a common enemy and everyone black regardless of your ethnicity, sexuality, religion, etc is my brother and sister, but not everything in the diaspora was peachy prior to twitter.

The fact that Fat Joe felt so comfortable dissing FBA's shows you that Fat Joe is not worried about any Black people in New York. Fat Joe knows that the FBA's in New York ain't going to do sh*t. But let a Black New Yorker diss the Puerto Ricans and see what happens. LOL

That's why Fat Joe was so comfortable telling that "Hip Hop was created 50/50" lie, because he knew that Black New Yorker wasn't going to say sh*t and they would just let the Puerto Ricans steal credit for the creation on Hip Hop. But what Fat Joe didn't expect was out-of-state FBA's weren't going to let Fat Joe get away with that lie.

Check his IG.

He's posted his black relatives and grandparents a few times.

A lot of the rappers mentioned in this thread have one black parent and a latino parent, but still themselves as black. AZ's last name is Cruz because of his dad. He said he grew up being around Spanish relatives who didn't even speak English. He sees himself as black. That's the story with a lot of people here. It's mad normal.

Fat Joe was going at Tariq Nasheed's online trolls who were trolling him all year when referring to FBAs not Black Americans, he specified it on Math Hoffa. Black folks in NYC as a whole in NYC aren't referring to themselves as FBA. That's an urban social media thing. You keep talking like Fat Joe was addressing Black Americans when he's referring to Tariqs trolls who were attacking him first.

Facts...thats why i love reading too. Because it expands your worldview. One of my favorite books is Deacon King Kong. It takes place in a fictional house projects in 1970s nyc based on the authors childhood. The projects were full of black, pr, and dominican people...like you described. They were for the most part like family. It was interesting because where im from growing up the neighborhoods were not de jure segregated obivously but for the most part they were de facto segregated. Our projects were 99 percent black. So your background definitely shapes you and everything doesnt always translate.
Yeah and the rest of us didn't grow up holding hands singing kumbaya with the muthafukkas imported to displace us.

nikkas fell for the Rainbow Coalition and ended up in Niagra Falls while the Caribs and Conquistadors got Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan.

Suckas.

This how they should've responded and they'd still be able to catch a Yankee game in person.
