If you think that's healthy, you have been misinformed.

thats dumb , you dont have to eat all the time, let your body get rid of the toxins , youll feel more clear
and you dont have to fast for weeks you know, a few days here n there

but your body is your body and mine is mine so its different for everyone but people been fasting for ever and speak highly of it, you ever fasted for 3 days??

Yea when I hear people say I lost 15 pounds over 3 months. It’s great of course. But it is possible to lose that 15 in 5 weeks if you needed. I’ve had to make weight and done it before. Gotta have that miralax too lol

Somehow, both things are true at the same time :leon: I don't jumprope at all but the thread got me thinking about it. Particularly when you mentioned rhythm.... Remove the schoolyard songs and what exactly makes it girly when compared to something like

Regularly is subjective. Almost everyone fasts in some form nobody is snacking/eating every 3-4 hours of a 24 hour period.

The human body is pretty remarkable and able to adjust.
The disruption of food/water disrupts the systems that keep you functioning.

Exactly what reaction your body will have to starvation depends on a number of factors. Every possible reaction puts stress on those systems. Undue stress because person isn't poor with lack of access to food/water, but willingly fasting.

You can't predict what stress or damage is being done to your body by intermittent fasting, but surely stress and damage is taking place.

Get a speed rope breh. I got mine for like $10 on Amazon, and I just skip rope in the house. It's a good cheap way to do cardio when you're trying to quarantine. Don't need hella space or particularly high ceilings.

How do recommend losing weight effectively
There is no cheat code to losing weight.
Determine a workable diet to get the nutrients and calories you need to maintain yourself. Then design an exercise regimen to burn more calories then you consume.

Through trial and error and what your realistic goals are, you can design the right plan for yourself.

I'd recommend getting a basic nutrition book, getting a basic exercise book so that you can make informed choices about the right diet and exercise choices for yourself.
