Just know IF is a way of life, not a diet. Once you go back to eating like you used, the weight you lost will come back even quicker. But yeah, I agree...the two will do wonders with shedding pounds.

How many hrs you eat for? Would 11-7pm work?

I do it on a grass field at a elementary school now, nobody goes there because it's down a hidden road
I am surprised you can do it. I tried it in Central Park but the size of the grass and some sticks from twigs always end up tripping me up.

Have you tried double dutch?

Never done double dutch, nor double unders lol. I'm still at a beginner level with my rope.

I like jumping rope but it makes the arches of my feet hurt. What would the brehs advise

I have really flat feet, like virtually no arch, so my archs also start fatiguing or feeling a burn the longer I go. I got these insoles around last summer, and they've basically helped me fix a lot of my mechanical issues. Knees and shins don't hurt, I stand up a lot straighter, I can run without hurting etc. I hope my archs continue to strength as I jump more frequently, but we'll see if I hit a wall.

Anyways, I suggest checking them out if you also got flat feet, plus the other advice in here. Gotta keep your heels up, don't jump too high, and keep your feet light.

By (willingly) not eating regularly, you disrupt the functioning of your body systems.

If you think that's healthy, you have been misinformed.
Regularly is subjective. Almost everyone fasts in some form nobody is snacking/eating every 3-4 hours of a 24 hour period.

The human body is pretty remarkable and able to adjust.
