I’m not ducking you original post said “fasting is not healthy” without quoting anyone referring to three days. So again either you bounded in the thread off topic or didn’t know what IF means.

You can’t be this dense. Now let me guess when you said overweight that qualifies as anyone looking to lose weight and not someone with real weight issues and related conditions.

The disruption of food/water disrupts the systems that keep you functioning.

Exactly what reaction your body will have to starvation depends on a number of factors. Every possible reaction puts stress on those systems. Undue stress because person isn't poor with lack of access to food/water, but willingly fasting.

You can't predict what stress or damage is being done to your body by intermittent fasting, but surely stress and damage is taking place.

Skipping rope is an underrated exercise. Just need a jump rope and some time. I do 200 skips and working my way up. It's my absolute favorite form of cardio and I love how you ease into with eventual progression in skill. I don't use treadmills or anything. Just walk and rump rope for cardio.
