I don't remember Bill EVER mentioning an advanced stat.
Just to be clear:
You think that every metric on earth was designed with some kind of anti-Kobe bias?
Because even the among the most simple, most basic stats that exist, Kobe doesn’t beat Lebron in any of them.
KOBE BEATS LEBRON IN SHOOTING OUTSIDE OF 3 FEET AND ITS NOT CLOSE .. AND THATS WIT KOBE BEING GUARDED MUCHHH HARDER FOR THE JUMPSHOT.
NOW STUFF THAT ISNT MEASURED BY METRICS LIKE HANDLES, FOOTWORK, POSTGAME, COUNTERMOVES, OFFENSIVE ARSENAL, ETC... KOBE BEATS LEBRON IN EVERY CATEGORY OUTSIDE OF REBOUNDING AND POINTS AT THE BASKET. EVEN PASSING, WHICH IS LEBRONS BIGGEST STRENGTH- KOBE IS ONLY A LESS WILLING PASSER, BUT STILL A MORE SKILLED ONE.
THE FACT THAT LEBRON IS A STAT PADDER WILL HAVE HIM EXCELLING IN STATS .. STATS ARE EASY TO MANIPULATE WHEN THATS UR FOCUS. SIMPLE SCIENCE

Look at WB and his triple dubs. Looking at #s and paper that's impressive and cool. But in reality and when u put these into context. His triple dubs r forced and contrived as fukk.
