That systematic racism has seeped deep down a lot of family bloodlines. Most black people see a mediocre cac working for them as a win because a white face represents competence to them. You see it even in dating circles where black women being found attractive by ONE CAC gives them a confidence boost unimaginable to a point where they suddenly feel like they are above giving a black man the time of day unless he is Idris Elba.
