I don't think we get Berry either. But if we do, and get Smith to play next year along with Tapper, this defense could be monstrous. Provided, that we still take care of DE's in the draft.Yall talkin about signing Eric Berry when we really need DEs

Secondary would be even better if he could catch.
Defense is designed to create turnovers but everybody keeps dropping passes.

Byron is one of the last cats on the defense I worry about.
We should be more concerned with Dlaw than we should with Byron. DLAW was a high 2nd round pick that we traded up for, and has 1 sack on the season

I'm not crazy about spending big money on Berry tbh, with the way we drafting right now, I'd rather build through the draft. These big-time FA signings almost never work out anymore but if you are gonna spend money than spend it on the pass rush.
