But its not like she walked out and didnt see him or walked out and was like I could go get him but its not in my direction.. No she walked up on him and was like im a lock you up now while I escape, even though you are the only reason im out.. That wasnt selfish that was just evil.. He aint deserve that, I was fine with him being used, cause even he questioned if this whole thing was a programmed to flirt with him, so he should have stuck to his guns but to have her purposely lock him up, when they both could have got away is just as bad as all the other fukked up shyt in this movie...
I never got the impression he only let her out cause he wanted to smash, to me he was more surprised at how realistic she was, thus making her a human trapped against her will. I figured after he saw the video of the other AI's damn near kill theirself trying to get out, he felt sorry for all of them...
now that i've seen it again... this plot was kinda retarded on many levels
dude is a genius... smart enough and rich and to do what no human or company ha come close to produced.. a fully self aware, artificial intelligence... and a motherfukking android, so realistic that he didn't know it was a robot till 3-4 days in the week
he brings this super smart computer code writer, one of the best in the company... and tells him to check out the AI.. only what he really is doing, is seeing if ava can trick him into falling in love and freeing her
ok first problem... motherfukker you invented this robot, you didn't guess she would maybe pull this off... you didn't safeguard the house in case she did? you didn't have 1 single security there in case they made it out. didn't even tell the pilot to pick up nobody but me, or the kid if hes' with me... i mean literally noting... AND you let him get you shytfaced and never kept any eyes on your own code card... even after you "lost" it the night before
then he says we been getting these surges for a while now... she he'd been getting them since before the code guy came, and yet he never once thought ava was doing it.... or to install that camera in there before the interview started, knowing it happened all the time... shyt he didn't even install it after the first 3 times it happened during the interviews
next up the code guy... lets pretend it made logical sense for him to fall in love with a robot after 6 days.. his plan was to get the guy drunk and leave him while they ran away together
didn't he know that someone would eventually look for the guy?? that the code guy would e the last person there at the residence... that he wouldn't have any fukking money... not run aaway from a billionaire who'd sober up in a few hours AND be able to use HIS card for the phone.... or if they were gonna kill him, again he'd be on the run from the police with a robot and no money
AND he kept up with this plan... after knowing what dude told him... about knowing that he programed ava to try and use him to get out... and dummy still went with the plan like it was no problem... and just stood there writing in that room for her.. even letting her go first out and not stopping the door from closing back again the door
well, he had no choice at that point, he had already set the plan into motion before dude told him he was being used.. but the fact that he was too simp to not listen to her request to stay there, was fukking ridiculous..
i think this movie's greatness had more to do with the twist... if that never happens, i think more people would pay attention to what actually wen ton and how dumb both those men planned it out
But its not like she walked out and didnt see him or walked out and was like I could go get him but its not in my direction.. just bought this movie from da bootleg man based on your recommendations. thanks coli !!!! 1 thing i want to say is that i think ULTIMATELY what this movie is trying to portray is that no matter human or robot....THESE HOES AINT LOYAL !!!!! lol naw but seriously i think it was trying to convey that no matter how far technology advances the one thing they will always lack that humans have is true feelings or emotion... sure they can pretend to be emotional but true feelings come from the soul something robots can never replace
They never show the actual interaction with her and the pilot and cut from her walking up to the chopper to the chopper flying.
We don't know what happened. Maybe access to all the searches on the Internet as the base of her brain structure gave her the knowledge to fly the chopper.
She mighta hit the pilot with a robot karate chop and flew off.
We really don't know.
If he did just fly her instead without asking about the original dude then
Or maybe it was a different pilot? I didn't pay close enough attention to see if it was the same actor.
Just finished it. I see a lot of people questioning the Asian robot's actions towards the end, but remember when she entered Ava's room and Ava stood up and asked her who she was? They didn't show the full interaction, but I believe that full conversation is what led to that bond they quickly created when they finally met face to face. Its cool how the movie doesn't hold the audiences hand and allows the viewer to draw their own conclusions.
