Been off social media for two years. Dont even have LinkedIn

All i have is my tumblr as my primary social media.which put my real name.on cause i use that to promote my business and music. Same with the twitter and instagram.

Now with that stuff put my name in a google search and thousands of stuff comes up...and it mostly has to do with music so i feel accomplished nowadays...


Had a linkedin for like...two months then deleted it.

Deleted all of my online dating profiles after a really bad incident with a chick i met on there where i had to call the cops on her to get her to leave....

So its just twitter, instagram, youtube, soundcloud, mixcloud amd tumblr for me.

Facebook is too personal and weird.

Which is why i like my tumblr cause i post all the profanity and pictures of naked women i want....

And none of my family or friends are on there and they would never bother making an account.

I post beats on facebook but not many people are interested though.

I used to do the same and stopped. Its depressing to post tracks you worked on for a while...post them on facebook and not even get one like.

Meanwhile i post my original music on tumblr and its gotten me likes reblogs emails from management agencies and interview requests.

95% of the results when i google is my original music, past gigs ive done, interviews, discography, my discogs page, hopefully ill get my own wikipedia page soon enough.

People racist as fukk blatantly on facebook now and 98% of that is white people...some who i even thought were "friends" until certain incidents (ferguson/mike brown, trayvon/zimmerman) exposed their true colors! Even with their govt names, work and school info all on their profile next to their pic. Another reason why i just became so disgusted by it that i deleted my account.

more times you send people messages on linkedin they dont reply anyways. youre better off guessing what their email is based on their name/company and then sending an email. if youre really serious take it a step further and fedex them a little package. anything to stand out.

Everyone my age is so used to using LinkedIn as a crutch...in actuality, it's the laziest way to network. On all my internships, I sent out emails, developed actual real life relationships with people, and I had 3 full time job offers in my industry upon graduation.

Word. I saw this white chick that I used to work with on there talking some stuff about "Justice was served" when George Zimmerman got off for Trayvon's murder. She lived not far from me and used to talk about meeting up at this local watering hole by where we lived for drinks. I stayed away from her after that, then when my homie at work who was cool with her came up to me on some "yo, Sharon is wondering if you had a problem with her", I showed him her FB post and he curved her too.
