Loma likes to keep dudes in that peek a boo so he can use his feet and pitty pat shots to keep your hands where he wants them while he sneaks in a power shot. The problem is at the higher weights nikkas will eat those pitty pats he uses to set up and punch with him. That's why Linares was outboxing him at times there's rumors that the Philly kid I forget his name gave him issues in sparring doing the same exact shyt excpt he was slipping and punching with him instead of putting his guard up. shyt I can't remember the guys name he is a slick kid from philly he fights around Loma weight too, he got shot in his hand a while back.

A lot of overreacting in here, but I think that is because there are a lot of cats that want Loma to fail.

Not a lot different was exposed tonight IMO. Loma isnt a big dude and there is always a limit to going up in weight no matter how skilled you are. What I saw was Linares getting his mostly from size advantages and mixing it up rough. But we always knew that mixing it up rough was something that gave Loma trouble after the Salido fight.

I will never be shocked if Loma catches an L because he fights a dude bigger than him who does the Salido style on a better scale. I will be more shocked if we go into a fight and see Loma thoroughly out boxed.

I also wasnt as worried as Loma's chin as many here were. Loma got caught perfectly coming in and I felt it was more to being hit perfectly on the button, but not because he was hurt in a way Linares could end the fight.

I think we learned that when Loma gets over confident like people say he starts showing off. That is where a smart and aware fighter can catch him slipping.

I better never see you speak I’ll of Pacquiao ever if this is what you have to say about Loma. I agree I’m just saying he needs that same respect in that he’s even smaller than the dudes he was fighting.

thats right. thats why he doesnt need to keep moving up. if his style is he has to come forward and throw a lot of punches to beat you, theres a flaw in that if the other guy doesnt need to respect your power. he's not a big puncher like pacquiao. and hes not defensive like floyd that he's not going to get hit with big shots. i think his fans want him to keep moving up. i think they are making a mistake forcing that on him.

Im one of dudes biggest fans but i think he caps out here in regards to top level guys. I dont want to see him at 140 unless its a cherry.

Garcia is an interesting fight and so is Easter now that Loma can sell the big room in msg these fights could do big business.

bruh its not that easy. Loma slipping like he does neutralized that. Fact is Loma almost always slips, bobs and weaves.. all Jab neutralizers especially if you good at it like Loma. it takes a lot of energy and conditioning to do it constantly which is why most boxers dont do it. Jorge knew it even tho he caught him a few times he missed a whole hell of a lot too. Missing a heavy jab takes energy out you then u got this moving ass fukker loma hitting you with bee stings.. you get tired and you get caught in the later rounds. It really is a mental thing

I know iit aint easy, that's why i said a lot of that inactivity had to do with what was on the other side of the ring (Loma)

I somewhat agree with u, Loma is far more spectacular on the eye test.

Garcia honestly never impresses me when I watch him, but he does all the fundamental things really well. We'll see how he does in his next fight.

Def gotta put Crawford up there tho. I got him as my p4p king, dudes a special difhtsr and he got that rage in him

I don't know how good Crawford is. He looks great but he's been thumping on cans for a while now. His best win is a blown up and :flabbynsick: Gamboa. When it's all said and done will Crawford finish better than Loma. I think? But right not, knocking Jeff Horn's head off doesn't put you P4P IMO. At this moment Loma has the better resume. :manny:

you talking about tevin farmer, he from baltimore, I find it hard to believe he was given loma any type of problems, if he was, loma need to stay away from mikey for his own health

I rate Loma over Garcia because Loma hasn't had many fights and already has a better resume than Garcia. Who's Garcia's best win. Broner? Zlaticanin? It's can't be Rocky Martinez because Loma also knocked his soul out his chin.
Plus, as much as I hate using this as a reason, to the eye, Loma is the coldest fighter I've seen since Roy.
I don't rate GGG high at all. I ain't saying he's trash and I'm ready to admit I might be underrating him as a knee hell counter to the reverse cowgirl ESON and HBO gives him. I have to argue with cats who think he'd KO Hagler. It's gone too far.

lmao broner is a better name than anyone on Loma's resume lol

Linares as KO'd by Antonio Demarco who Broner destoryed when he was at 135, Broner was destroying all the guys at 135 lets be real, mikey moving up and beating broner easy is way better than anything loma did, loma struggled with Linares, Mikey beat Broner easy, stop it

Reading comprehension breh. Never said Linares did the Salido style. Just said that is a problem for Loma and if he faces a dude Linares' size who does that style he is in for a long night.
