2. I'm responding to a particular comment made.... whether or not it has to do with the topic doesn't matter ... this comment needed to be addressed period.
3. But this is the exact route that the vast majority of blacks who started from poverty and got to success have used. It is verifiable by me, one of my interns, my mother, uncles, mother's coworkers, even that uncle tom ben carson.... what are you even talking about? are you talking about poor blacks from a 3rd person perspective or from actually growing up feeling hopeless and then seeing the split between those who burn out and those who move on to success?
1. He's clearly talking about a certain demographic of black people that don't have much opportunity.
"what do you expect me to do if you wont hire me due to my skin color?"
2. You seem to not have understood the comment you are arguing against.
3. That does not mean the opportunities were available for all.
Again to say that the solution is to "try" is to imply that the problem is lack of effort.
