Why would they be looking for Latinos for a white collar marketing position? There's very few of those walking around with business degrees.

I went to school for that shyt and don't recall seeing over 2 in any of my business classes.

Did you just get a legitimate career or you first real job? You stay taking about this marketing role of yours likes it’s the best thing since sliced bread...we get it nikka, you moved into an office role!

I've overhead friends on my job (petroleum engineer) talking about how their younger relatives are struggling to find a job even with all the experience and qualifications... they're not even hearing back from online applications.

One said how the companies are deleting their job apps after a week passes by.

America always bragging about how new jobs are being created and this & that yet people (especially black) with the qualifications aren't even getting an interview...shyt nikkas not even getting a sorry but unfortunately email I heard, shyt is a joke.

Thankfully I don't have to go through that shyt.

I've never worked for anyone in marketing in my life. I jumped out of college with my own business slugger. Haven't worked for anyone since I got my degree. I do the hiring.

Okay. So companies are looking to specifically hire latinos for jobs starting off at 6 figures...silly of me to think the opposite.

So when they say Latinos are taking jobs that American's don't want they was referring to Content Marketing Director positions right?
