What will that mean for Brown Vs Board?
With no federal government, public schools will likely see less funding and charter schools will have no one to monitor them. If the state board of Ed looks the other way, well those charter schools will be white only and teaching kids who knows what almost immediately.

If you have kids and you don’t live in a relatively wealthy state that’s able to maintain current funding or even exceed it for schools…

Better start looking at private schools :francis:
Respectfully that seems like the reasonable solution. However, with no DEI private schools can be extremely picky on who they let in and obviously alumni and high net worth parents will get first dibs. Voucher programs for low income students will eventually be thrown out.

I can give two good reasons why this would be a dumb idea

1. People with learning Disabilities would have a harder time seeking quality education if the DOE is shut down.
2. Title 1 schools would not be able to receiving any proper funding, which means they would have to close down. Thousands of kids from low-income areas would be out of a education.

Now maybe a revamped would be better, seeks areas where the DOE can be improved.

What this mean for my student loan ? :lupe:

They will probably sell them to a private entity who will adjust the rates to get more money out of you. Sorry to rain on your parade breh. Federal loans have the advantage of having a fixed rate.

your kid will mostly come out a full blown anti black c00n who believes his ancestors decided to willingly be enslaved

no offense, but that is the end game

Why? 99% of schools are a mixture of black and hispanics?

You think the current charter schools, private, religious schools in black neighborhoods are full of white people?

Just say you scared breh. Leave it at that. I live in a republican super majority state. You couldn’t pay me to put my kids into the schools my nieces go to. You couldn’t pay me to put my son into the schools my little cousin goes to.

The picture of doom you’ve been painting is a reflection of you having no life experience.

ehh. who actually thinks the Department of Education is doing a good job?
The troglodyte and his subtle stanning for tRump :mjlol: The fact that y’all let this inbred run rampant without consequences for over a decade kills me. Dude should have been banned since his whataboutism rhetoric for Trayvon Martin and disgusting comments about dark skin Indians.

I think this is the most logical explanation thanks. Dudes are talking like the US Education System isn't ass compared tot he world, but shutting down and moving to the states doesn't really address the problem. The GOP is using Govt Bloat/Inefficiency as an out for what they really want to do so It becomes an easier "sell".

Yep.

We have charter schools popping up all over the state that can pull kids from other schools districts attendance zones.

They are mostly White and many use some draconian criteria to cherry pick the students they want. Minority students, special education students, and behaviorally challenged students need not apply for the most part.

The few minority students they decide to take usually are exceptional academically or athletically or both and cause no behavioral issues (the tokens).

Cacs basically have a modern day version of segregated schools all over again.
