this is what they want, conservatives run a majority of private schools in the us
You’re probably right. But gotta go with the hand you are dealt.

Trump is our reality right now and if public schools start losing funding, staff and resources….I can deal with a bit of Jesus talk in school to make sure my kid is actually learning some shyt.

The fukked up thing about this is that red states will get hit the hardest with the departure of DOE. I believe most will look for colleges in blue states due to them being the strongest in dealing with these changes. Also to consider with the department being gutted, fafsa would be moot as well. With a quick google search, 85% of students attending college get some type of funding from it(including my sister). This will increase the needed funds to attend college and in turn, students will have to take on higher amount of loans. When they go for loans, they wont be backed by the DOE and unfortunately these students will have to get high interest loans that will take a substantial amount from their paychecks. Which would reduce the ability to rent, buy a car, or even have the thought of buying a house in the future.

I'm just thinking outload, but its gonna be a lot worse. He is planning to alot more that will make living in this country unbearable.

Poor red states like the one I live in (Louisiana), as well as Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Kentucky are going to be hurting.

Demographic shifts are already causing public education to lose funding all that is going to happen is those cacs that can afford it will pull out and send their kids to private and charter schools where everyone else has to go to some public institution with failing facilities, high teacher turnover, funding issues.

This will absolutely affect the rural populace, but this is what they wanted so…

The DOE exist to keep segregation from happening. It allowed the federal government to monitor schools in the state. With it gone we’ll see a push for charter schools that continue to be used to reintroduce segregation across the country.

This is what you get for supporting a Boer.
