Elden Ring (PS4,XB1,PC,PS5,XSX) (February 25th, 2022)

Just picked this back up after 2 years. Mostly running around collecting items and killing bosses that I missed while tryna shake off the rust. Debating whether it's worth starting a new game+ at this point before the DLC or just roll into it with my current play through.

Any tips on Fire Giant, specifically 2nd phase?

I can get through Phase 1 no problem, but using the lock on target and aiming for the hands has me fighting the camera. Even hitting from the back ( ) seems to do little to no damage at all. Hate this fukking a$$hole, especially the rolling away move

I would just keep aiming for his legs. I feel thats the most consistent area to hit.

the closest samurai type game ot eldeb ring is sekiro, and that is a different beast in itself

Irrelevant, the difficulty curve is being swapped out mid action, not the amount of difference in the game itself neither game is easy
