Hawkeye literally has an arrow for every situation including a sonic arrow, which is fukking daredevil up. And is also skilled in hand to hand combat stop it.
Daredevil has superhuman hearing and radar sense. He'd be able to tell hawkeye is shooting at him before he managed to loose the arrow and dodge it.
Basically works like a spidey sense in comics, except it also allows him to see in pitch darkness.
How would he know to use a sonic arrow? daredevil doesn't go around telling people he's blind.
So none of his enemies never realized he was blind come on now.
