DJJ and PJ Horry turned into Thabo Sefolosha and DeMarre Carroll once they took away the corner 3s and the lobs.

Dawg they pulled the pug a month before the season ended. They got bored towards the end. They had more 30 point leads than 10 point deficits. The Celtics clinched the 1 seed before anyone else had even clinched a playoff spot. That’s how far ahead of everyone else they were

Only 4 of their 18 losses came in the last month of the season - the same pace they were maintaining all year.

On top of that, I just looked at your previous claim that it was due to missing players but they were 7-1 in games where Tatum didn't play, 12-0 in games where Brown didn't play, 11-2 in games where Jrue didn't play, 6-3 without White. 14 of their 18 losses came when they were at full strength or only missing Porzingis, and most of those were full strength.

You keep posting these stats about how dominant their margins were and it's only reinforcing my original statement that it felt like they could have won more games than they did.

Celtics are a great road team in the playoffs this year

They have a perfect 6-0 record on the road so far .

They both won games 3 and 4 in Miami, 2-0 on the road in this series (beat the heat and won the series 4-1 )

Won both games 3 and 4 in Cleveland, they were 2-0 on the road in this series (beat the Cavs and won the series 4-1)

Won both games 3 and 4 in Indianapolis(Indiana) and swept the pacers 4-0

I know we are supposed to love parity but this Mavericks team wasn’t a real contender. The west was just weird this year.
Matchups and injuries matter a lot more with parity. Mavs got a break with the Kawhi injury and Minny being there instead of Denver. The west has been weird going back to 2021. None of the teams that came out of the West since then are memorable they just have one amazing player

When Wilbon is your best analyst then your show is in trouble. Bob Myers is a waste.
It makes no sense whatsoever as to why he's on the show. Out of all the NBA talent out therein the stratosphere, how in the hell is Wilbon one of your main guys. TNT-Inside The NBA has mastered the old man "get off my lawn" basketball panel and format to a tee. What would've set espn apart and making a bold statement was to get all young cats (like Josiah Johnson, Rob Perez, Shams, etc for example) and see what kind of pre and post game show you could come up with. Just not going the same old man route like TNT but far inferior of a product and production value.

Luka, Gafford and PJ are the only three guys who looked comfortable in Boston. We'll see how the rest of those guys look in Dallas. Kyrie looked really uncomfortable in the first two games. He was shook which is shocking.

Nobody besides Luka could hit a three and yet they only lost by seven while missing eight free throws.

This was definitely the game they needed to steal in Boston. Tough to recover from that and still win the series.

Dallas has to hope the rest of the team shows up back in Dallas. Obviously, Kyrie needs to have a big game. They're not doing shyt with him playing this poorly.

Kidd has to tighten his rotation too. Way too many guys playing and most of them doing nothing.

Yea, altho it wasn’t a must-win game for Dallas, by the midway point of the 3rd quarter it felt like a must-steal game for them.

Was a golden opportunity to not just take a game but put some “here we go again…” doubt in the Cs. This was the adversity check people were clamoring BOS hadn’t faced, yet they got through it.

Game 3 might actually be a shoot out, bc DAL will be desperate but the Cs will have sky-high confidence knowing they’re due a good shooting night.

Luka was 4/9 from 3. Everyone else was 2/17.

In fact, for the series, Luka is the only Mav who has more than 1 three. Kyrie has yet to hit a three in the series.

I really don't believe the Celtics gonna sweep the Mavs. The thing about those series is that Cavs and Pacers lost their star for the home matches. Therefore a perfect 6-0 road record.

What should worry the Mavs is that Tatum is yet to have a great game and they're still losing. All that Mavs trying to anger Tatum and they have too many pieces to step up.

And the Heat also played without butler in the entire series against the Celtics. Celts had in their eastern playoff path three straight teams who had key Injuries but it shouldn’t tarnish their perfect road record. They didn’t choose their opponents. They just beat the teams who were in front of them.

I agree that Tatum will wake up sooner than later, and he’s due for a great performance, like the one he had in game 7 of the second round against the Sixers last year(51 points)
