Black men had to come from far to catchup, after things like mass incarceration happened. In 2023 we can say the incarceration of Black men has dropped with 34%.
And close to 50% of Black men is exonerated. Whereas Black women was given Title IX and Title IV. If one cannot understand these dynamics, one is in a sad situation.
