He's talking about the gamestop season pass screw up. There's a thread about it. A couple of us including myself were able to jump on it. On release day all ps4 season passes sold by gamestop were unlocking the full game. Not only that, Sony later sent out a free download for the season pass. Long story short, I got dying light on release day AND the season pass for a grand total of $20.

Go to the the bridge and you'll find a bunch of the zombies are holding weapons, especially the cops.
Those batons are fun to beat zombies with. lol
