1.Goku says you might be stronger. But of course nikkas don't know what the word might means.

2. Just because Whis gave Vegeta a heavier weight, doesn't mean Goku wasn't able to lift that same weight.

3. None of this happened in the manga.
The manga could suck my dikk:skip:

Vegeta stronger in the Manga too, I don't know what you gibbering about:umad:

Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama is not happy with Dragon Ball Super

When Dragon Ball Super was announced, fans were rejoicing as we are finally getting to have a new Dragon Ball TV anime after Dragon Ball GT was aired. However, when it finally aired, it did not receive the same amount of love as Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z, and its animation quality has left many fans very frustrated.

And it’s not just the fans who are really frustrated with Dragon Ball Super, but the manga’s creator, Akira Toriyama as well. The legendary mangaka recently revealed his frustrations with the new anime inside the pages of the Dragon Ball 30th Anniversary Super History Book, which is now on sale.

Inside the pages of the book, Toriyama expressed his opinion about how his work has been adapted, and said he was not happy about the awful and much-hated Dragon Ball Evolution live-action movie. He also complained about the poor quality of the new TV anime.

toriyama needs to partner with whoever did the movies (original dbz 1-13)
and remake the entire thing from scratch
also needs to read back up on his own mythos

it won't happen tho

The manga isnt "canon" like with DBZ and DB as in, its not the basis of which the anime comes from. Toriyama apparently outlines everything and gives it to TOEI and Toyotarō for the anime and manga respectively. They are basically being made concurrently.

So there's really no point on arguing one source against the other.

Anime News Network reports that the upcoming Dragon Ball Super TV series will receive a manga adaptation by Toyotarō, which will begin serialization in the August 2015 issue of V-Jump.

Along with the announcement, which appears in this month’s upcoming July 2015 issue of V-Jump (officially hitting shelves 21 May 2015), a brief message was included from V-Jump’s “elite” editorial staff memberVictory Uchida:

ナゾに満ちたまったく新しい「DB」!!

突如発表されたTVアニメ最新作!!コレにはボクもビックりトリーだ!!いったいどんな物語になるのかは、まったくナゾなんだけど…みんなの期待を超えるのはマチガイないッ!!!

A Completely New “Dragon Ball”, Full of Mystery!!

The latest TV animation was suddenly announced!! That was a Victory-surprise, even for me!! What on Earth will the story be? It’s such a mystery… There’s no doubt it will exceed everyone’s expectations!!!

While an exact start date has not yet been officially unveiled, it is likely that Dragon Ball Super will begin its broadcast run starting 05 July 2015, taking over the Dragon Ball Kai time slot on Fuji TV. The series will, “…follow the aftermath of Goku’s fierce battle with Majin Buu, as he attempts to maintain earth’s fragile peace.”

Toyotarō, in all likelihood a second pen-name used by Dragon Ball AF fan manga author and illustrator “Toyble”, is most recently responsible for a three-chapter introductory manga adaptation of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of “F”, which ran in the April, May, and June 2015 issues of V-Jump in Japan. Prior to this, Toyotarō penned the monthly Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission promotional manga from the September 2012 to February 2015 issues of V-Jump.

At the moment it is unclear whether the Dragon Ball Super manga adaptation will be a true adaptation of its TV series counterpart, or will merely serve as a promotional tool to provide previews of upcoming episodes and story lines. It is worth noting that since the manga adaptation will be featured in V-Jump, it will most likely be released on a monthly basis, which greatly contrasts the weekly TV series schedule. In addition to that, the first chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga is scheduled to be published two weeks prior to the TV series’ premiere.
Is Dragon Ball Super Canon?

Akira Toriyama is heavily involved in writing the story of Dragon Ball Super. He does not write the script or draw the manga, but he writes the overall scenario and develops the basic story he wants to advance in his own way. The anime is more directly connected to his work, while the manga is more of a method of advertising the series. The manga is written by Toyotarō, who previously worked on a fan manga “Dragon Ball AF” under the name Toyble. Toyotarō was chosen by JUMP for his incredible ability to more or less emulate Toriyama’s drawing style perfectly. This has created confusion among fans, who might think Toriyama himself draws the manga. This is not true. The manga already has evident differences from the anime, which Toriyama is directly involved in. Toyotarō has the power to manipulate and adapt Toriyama’s basic story just as the anime staff can do, so this creates discrepancies between the two mediums. In the end, the DBS manga cannot be considered in the same light as the original DB manga was. It is used solely to advertise the anime, however, that does not mean in cannot be considered a part of the official canon of Dragon Ball Super and the series at large.

In short, once again the question of “canon” is up in the air. In this case, there may not be an official “canon” when comparing both the anime and the manga. Both stories were given an original draft by Toriyama, but both Toei and Toyotarō adapted the story in their own way.

"Dragon Ball Super" Commonly Asked Questions

The manga is basically a vehicle to promote the Anime. The anime is/was the prime (only) goal, the manga was announced shortly after ward and has a DB fan fict writer doing the work for it (not akira).

This is different than back in the day, where akira directly pumped out DB manga and toei had to (begrudgingly) adapt the anime from the manga, sometimes adding filler to keep pace.
