Ssj4 might be vegetas new transformation I’m sure it wouldn’t be stronger than ultra instinct.
I like how goku is purposely fighting to get stronger on the spot. I think goku has figured out how to increase his power at a faster rate because sayjins get stronger after each fight

Pretty sure stamina and energy are two different things yet connected.
Goku lost stamina and enegry getting beat up, almost died, same with roshi, freiza gave him enough energy so he hang around to recover stamina.
Seems as long as you arent using energy (ki) or taking damage you recover stamina.(at least with the sayians)
I've been noticing this for awhile in dbz I feel like they need to really clear it up.
That's why the androids seem so OP in theory. The only way to defeat them is to literally K.O them or kill them as they don't run out of energy and I'm not even sure how there stamina works
