Yeah the controls took a min to get used to. Just finished the Saiyan story line. fukking Vegeta was wrecking me over and over because I wasn't blocking and trying to shoot that damn Kamehameha too much. He was beating the hell outta me. lol

Raditz was the only villian who killed me because I understimated his level. I thought I could rush and be like 3 levels below him and got fukked up. After that just been straight XP grinding, I’m at intermission before Majin Saga and my Gohan was already 60-62

Should’ve been like the Storm series where depending on which direction you hold the joystick, you get a different combo ender. And there could be a combo ender that’ll launch the enemy into the air

Tip for anybody struggling with this game (although it's hard to see how that's possible ) Krillin's Solar Flare is bar none the GOAT assist and basically 100% effective. Just like in the show.

I'm at Namek and the only time I've died so far was when I ran into some hidden boss that was at like level 30 when I was at level 9.

Other than that, yeah. I'm a fairly casual gamer these days but so far anything in story mode has been stupid easy.

I guess I worded that wrong I'm on Namek now but haven't died yet.

The one time I did die was in the Saiyan Saga when I had Kid Gohan. Got arrogant and decided to try to fight some red glowing "super villainous" enemy or whatever that was 20 levels above me.

The controls are weird. Straight up. You'll get used to them but yeah, sometimes, it's best to just go with what works. They aren't very intuitive controls in comparison to Xenoverse.

They not about to keep finessing me out of $60 for the same game
DBZ games haven’t progressed since the Budokai 3, Tenkaichi days

Hope we get more anime action rpgs like this in the future. A Yu Yu Hakusho game like this would be fuego
