All the boss battles have been dodge fests so far but Im now able to drop meteors on nikkas so they are ending quicker

I can't imagine putting hours into a game I don't like. I'm not sure why someone would do that to themselves, unless they're being paid to do it.

Finally caved an d bought this and really regret it. This game just doesn’t grab you at all, shouldn’t the opening make me want to see this through but I just don’t give a shyt. The game doesn’t even make you want to carry on playing, I should have just got Romancing Saga 2 instead.

Something about the dialogue early on feels off the combat is solid for what it is similar to the og mass effect​

Facts bruh. I'm running a mage and having a blast, literally. Feel like Goku when I hit em with that Kamehameha . BUt like @Arcavian said, it is a dodgefest. Desmal was no joke.

I am seeing guides where they like "mages once you get built can do 2000 damage on a 20 second cooldown. That's busted."

Me casually smacking people with my warden doing 1.5k auto attacks with my shield, doing 6 stacks of burning for 4000 a tick, and perfect blocking UNBLOCKABLE attacks putting a dragon on its ass...

Never had sooooo much fun as a damn tank in my life.

I didn't even spec into shield throw at all but because of my scaling with defense, its hitting weakpoints for like 2600 damage.

I think I might be halfway through the game and yeah, the gameplay continues to be fun as hell and the thing that keeps me playing for hours.

But the writing is straight up bad for most of the game, and it's the reason why I'm ok with not playing for 2-3 days and then picking it back up.

The three things they nailed were Manfred, Assan and Solas' bytch ass being a really good "shades of grey" character. The rest really ranges from lazy, corny or just straight up bad. The transgender stuff with Taash is something that feels written by ChatGPT. I think even a 13 year old that's going through some gender issues would roll their eyes at how they portrayed Taash's character and "struggles". And that's saying something because I really feel this game was made for 13-16 year olds that are playing their first big action RPG.
