Bron has the #1 selling jersey, he's the most popular player in terms of driving ticket sales, and he brings the most nationally televised games.

They are not trading him unless he demands it.

When Bron/AD's contracts are up you will have a shyt load of cap space... If the plan is to rebuild. You can sign players then trade those players for 1st rd draft pks before the trade deadline.

Look at how the warriors signed D.Russell then traded him for Wiggins and a 1st rd pk (#2- Wiseman)

GS drafted Wiseman, but they could've had LaMelo Ball.

Most of those players started their careers on basketball teams that had a ton of talent or another great player...Lebron wasted the first 7 years of his career carrying mediocre players...Cleveland did not get a high draft pk because he was carrying his team to the playoffs.

How many championships would Lebron have won if he was drafted by a highly talented Lakers or Celtics team?

Probably still 5

From 1997 - 2014 the Lakers had 1 pick in the top 18, that was A.Bynum (10th pk in 2005)...Bynum helped LA win 2 championships.
