Where was this type of energy when the little 15 yr old boy (rip) was running up and down the neighborhood, begging for help - no one assisted him and he ended up getting samurai sworded. The kid ran for blocks to try to get away and then ran with half his neck coming off to the hospital, by himself. No one stopped to help or prevent it.
