But it's a loaded question. I'm thoroughly mixed.

My maternal grandfather is black with a Taino last name.

My maternal grandmother's father was white and her mother mixed.

My paternal grandfather is probably like 85 percent white if that makes sense

My paternal grandmother's parents were both mixed.

My father is like nas complexion and used to rock a fro

My mother is light-skinned even tho her father is dark and so are all her brothers

I'm light skinned and my brother is more towards nas complexion

So what am I? I'm fukking mixed. But who wants to identify as a mutt?

I'm dominican with african/european/Taino ancestry.

:dahell: I don't understand why it's hard to get

Would you consider yourself biracial?

No you didn't. You deflected from it. The only one squirming like a fish out of the water is you.

I clearly stated why I was asking the question and it wasn't even to antagonize your or Dominicans, but actually the opposite. If you stated no I wouldn't have had a problem. I can care less what people refer to themselves as, but that wasn't the point and your small peanut mind couldn't grasp that.

The question was, "Do you consider yourself 'black?' Yes or No?" Why? Because the people of Coli have this belief that all dark skinned Dominicans are denial of their "blackness".

I already told you that "black" as a racial entity is NOT exclusive to skin complexion, but general features also. Just because you're quote on quote dark skin does not mean your BLACK by definition! By that logic these Dravidian Indians are black too.

So can we try this again? Do you have the balls to answer such a simple ass question? Yes or no? Entender amigo?

I don't have any further input to enlighten you :laff:

If Dominicans living abroad don't like the way they are being treated then they should take their asses back to DR or suck it up :yeshrug:

I am dark skin Dominican...I grew up there...and have received nothing but praises for my color...

However, I am not denying that it doesn't happen to others

I wish another Dominican would talk shyt about my skin :wtb:

Believe me, you avoided the worst of it and moved to a place in America where blacks are commonplace.

You a dark skinned Dominican living in a city where blacks of the diaspora live in (DC). I mean, how do Ethiopians, Nigerians, Ghanians, Somalis, Trinis, and Jamaicans view you as? :

I read this and can't help but to thank God I live where I live. Not only did they cover it up to defend DR's image (fake ass nikkas) but they also BURIED HIM SECRETLY. :jadawtf::jadawtf::jadawtf:

Dominicans are scust status brehs. Their women are cream of the crop, but as a people they are :scust:

"Now his widow, Erzuline Celuma, has claimed in an interview with a Haitian TV stationthat Dominican authorities have buried his body in secret, without informing the family. Celuma, 22, stepmother to Claude's two daughters aged ten and eight, was joined by his sister who revealed that two of her own children had also been strangled in a similar way and that violence and discrimination against Haitians in the larger, wealthier neighboring state has reached alarming levels."

What's that

Jamaican accent. Since I'm fair skinned with a straighter nose, they think that I'm Dominican, until I speak to my Jamaican parents with that accent. Some Dominicans are cool, and others give me this :leostare: look as if I was deceiving them. They ain't gonna go at Jamaicans like they do to the Haitian people, but I can't help that look when they give me when they find out that I came from Jamaican parents.
