My nikka, I'm responding to other ppl. I haven't even read the OP. Cause, really, this thread isn't about the OP. It's past that already.

But it's a loaded question. I'm thoroughly mixed.
My maternal grandfather is black with a Taino last name.
My maternal grandmother's father was white and her mother mixed.
My paternal grandfather is probably like 85 percent white if that makes sense
My paternal grandmother's parents were both mixed.
My father is like nas complexion and used to rock a fro
My mother is light-skinned even tho her father is dark and so are all her brothers
I'm light skinned and my brother is more towards nas complexion
So what am I? I'm fukking mixed. But who wants to identify as a mutt?
I'm dominican with african/european/Taino ancestry.
I don't understand why it's hard to get
No you didn't. You deflected from it. The only one squirming like a fish out of the water is you.
I clearly stated why I was asking the question and it wasn't even to antagonize your or Dominicans, but actually the opposite. If you stated no I wouldn't have had a problem. I can care less what people refer to themselves as, but that wasn't the point and your small peanut mind couldn't grasp that.
The question was, "Do you consider yourself 'black?' Yes or No?" Why? Because the people of Coli have this belief that all dark skinned Dominicans are denial of their "blackness".
I already told you that "black" as a racial entity is NOT exclusive to skin complexion, but general features also. Just because you're quote on quote dark skin does not mean your BLACK by definition! By that logic these Dravidian Indians are black too.
So can we try this again? Do you have the balls to answer such a simple ass question? Yes or no? Entender amigo?
Would you consider yourself biracial?
I don't have any further input to enlighten you
If Dominicans living abroad don't like the way they are being treated then they should take their asses back to DR or suck it up
I am dark skin Dominican...I grew up there...and have received nothing but praises for my color...
However, I am not denying that it doesn't happen to others
I wish another Dominican would talk shyt about my skin
here's where dominicans get some of the bad rap from black americans
i consider myself dominican before ANYTHING.
latino/hispanic next.
n then if u insist on knowing i guess im bi-racial/mulatto/quadroon or whatever term ya want to label me with.
but nobody has ever asked me specifically what race i was.
@Arianne Martell do you see how simple this was?
I don't have any further input to enlighten you
IDGAF...i have nothing to prove to any of you...so you just have to live with the information I gave you.
I read this and can't help but to thank God I live where I live. Not only did they cover it up to defend DR's image (fake ass nikkas) but they also BURIED HIM SECRETLY.
Dominicans are scust status brehs. Their women are cream of the crop, but as a people they are
Dominican women love me until I speak to my moms and pops over the phone with a Patois accent. Then they be all like
But I make sure I get a piece of them first
What's that
