You can shop at my local dollar general and cop frozen tyson chicken breast with no rib meat or preservatives added, agave syrup, almond milk, frozen veggies, oatmeal, variety of nuts(pause), frozen berries mix and some mo shyt...

Aldi's got these Korean beef tips.....put that with some veggie pasta.
We got a LIDL last year but I haven't tried it.
These Euro grocery chains keep it 100% with variety and cheaper store-brand.
